About

Why We Do What We Do: Our team is committed to helping individuals uncover deeper meaning and foster genuine connection, both within themselves and in their relationships. We understand that healing is a dynamic, ongoing process, and we believe that each person deserves care that is tailored to their needs. By blending clinical expertise with holistic, heart-centered practices, we guide our clients toward a more balanced, authentic life. How I First Got Started: As a queer person navigating the complexities of identity, spirituality, and wellness, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to reconcile these parts of oneself. My journey has been shaped by my own exploration of these intersections, which has profoundly influenced how I approach my work as a counselor. I understand the challenges of navigating conflicting aspects of who you are and the importance of finding authenticity, peace, and balance in the process. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (KS), Licensed Professional Counselor (MO), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), with over 9 years of clinical experience. Throughout my work, I’ve been committed to expanding my knowledge, seeking additional training in person-centered therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, and mindfulness-based interventions. These tools help me offer effective support to clients who may be navigating similar struggles with identity, spirituality, or wellness. Educational Background: I hold a Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from Oregon State University and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Evangel University. My education and experience continue to inform my practice, ensuring that I remain dedicated to providing high-quality care.
